Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By registering for or renewing a USAYESS membership you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Membership Eligibility
Memberships are available to youth athletes who meet USAYESS program requirements. Members under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the guardian information section. Members under 13 require verifiable parental consent per COPPA.
3. Membership Fees and Payment
The membership fee is set per season by USAYESS and displayed during registration. Fees are processed securely through Stripe. Memberships expire September 30 of the registered season year. (eg. 2026 - 2027 expires September 30, 2027)
4. Refund Policy
All membership and related fees are final. USAYESS does not issue refunds once payment is submitted.
5. Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to the USAYESS Code of Living. Violations may result in membership suspension or termination without refund. USAYESS reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct that violates its standards or applicable law.
6. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Falsified information (including date of birth or team affiliation) may result in immediate membership revocation.
7. Media and Likeness
By completing the media consent form during registration, you grant USAYESS the right to photograph, video record, and publish images of the athlete for promotional and educational purposes. This consent may be withdrawn by contacting USAYESS.
8. Liability Waiver
Participation in USAYESS activities involves inherent risks. By registering, members and their guardians acknowledge these risks and release USAYESS, its officers, coaches, and volunteers from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
USAYESS may update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the membership portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
